Auction Types

Exclusively On-line

This is the how the majority of our auctions are conducted. This allows buyers from all over the country, potentially the world, to bid on our items. There is no interaction with the auction staff and no in person bidding.

Live In Person

The buyers must be present and pre-registered to obtain a bidding number in order to participate. It is recommended to arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the auction to ensure timely registration.

Live In Person with Simulcast/Webcast

The buyers need not be present, but must be registered to bid on-line.  The live auction is broadcast over the internet using an on-line service allowing computer users near real-time interaction with the live crowd

 

Bidding Platform

Our current bidding platform is Hibid.com. Buyers must register and create an account with Hibid.com in order to be able to register to bid in our auctions. Hibid.com does require a credit card for account creation. The credit card on file with Hibid.com WILL be charged for all lots won, including applicable sales tax and buyers premiums. 

 

Arrangements for payments of cash or check must be made prior to the close of the auction.

Prior to bidding, buyers must register to bid on each on-line auction.  This process will allow you to select payment method, select pickup or shipping and agree to terms and conditions of the auction.  Please review these terms and conditions as they can change from auction to auction.

After The Auction

Live Auctions

Buyers settlement and invoicing is processed.  Buyers report to the cashier to verify lots won and submit the amount owed. All items must be paid for prior to removal from the auction site. Payments can be in the form of cash, approved check or credit card.

On-line Auctions

The invoicing is processed via the on-line application. The invoice is created, payment is processed and the paid invoice is emailed to your registered email address.

 

Item Pickup and Shipping

Items must be picked up at the scheduled time for each auction.  Pickup times are scheduled via an on-line scheduling process and must be adhered to as parking is usually limited.

 

We do offer in house shipping, using the least expensive option for shipping based on the individual package.  We do our best to limit the cost to you. Most items that can not be shipped will be marked as such in the on-line catalog. We can provide delivery of some items at an additional cost on a case by case basis.
